Who is Lemon?

Lemon Wang is a product strategist and solo builder in Hangzhou. By day he runs global GTM for full-color 3D printing at Flashforge; by night he ships hardware experiments that usually take a team. He writes to document first-hand signal — no sugar, no packaging.

MDM (Mission Definition Method) is Lemon's decision framework for uncertain markets. It defines a technology's core mission, maps that mission to multiple vertical applications, validates each through MVPs, then makes rational retain-or-exit calls. He uses it when the direction isn't clear — exactly when most people freeze.

Full-color 3D printing uses MJP (Material Jetting Process). It jets photopolymer droplet by droplet and cures it with UV, building color into the object instead of printing white and painting after. The result is full-color straight out of the machine — no post-processing.

FDM is extrusion-based: it melts filament and lays it down layer by layer — usually single color, rough surface. MJP is jet-based: it sprays photopolymer droplets and cures them with UV, mixing multiple materials including color. The output is smooth and full-color. Completely different processes.
